About Me
Hi, my name’s Josh! I started Wallace Computer Repair to bring in-home and on-site tech help to people in the Tri-Cities.
I’ve loved working with technology from a young age. I built my first computer at 11 and later developed an interest in restoring historic computers. That curiosity has turned into years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all kinds of devices.
Working for two different universities' IT teams, I realized that computer problems don’t have to be stressful when they’re handled with clarity and care. I strive to bring that same approach to every in-home visit today.
